Homemade Pancakes with Honey

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Studies suggest that kids who eat breakfast score good academic results than the ones who don’t.

After all, a developing brain needs a fresh supply of glucose because that's the brain's basic fuel. Homemade pancakes eaten with honey are healthy, easy to make and will allow you to serve it hot on the table in a jiffy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil

 Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Pour ¼ of the batter into a heated pan.
  3. Let it cook until bubbles appear on the top and flip it to cook the other side.
